Our luggage requires a longer delay as the manufacturing process is more complex.

Delivery and returns
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due of their nature, personalized products or special orders are not returnable.

Product and care
Charles Simon collections are exclusively produced in our workshop in Montreal, Canada. All Charles Simon travel pieces are designed, engineered, manufactured and hand-assembled here by highly skilled technicians and craftsmen, who work together to deliver authentic products made in Quebec, Canada.
We strongly recommend to avoid using your product in rainy weather. Leather and wood are living and natural materials. Therefore, it is best to avoid extreme heat, humidity or rain. Should it get wet or dirty on the surface, dry quickly with a slightly damp lint free, light-colored, absorbent cloth.
Like any other natural material, wood will age: every journey will add depth to the unique wood veins and tones of your travel pieces. Even though our products and methods have gone through stringent development and endurance testing, wood could dent or scratch. This would not be a sign of poor quality or maintenance but rather the signs of multiple trips, memories and experiences. Should you wish to have your travel piece wood maintained, please contact us.
To keep your Charles Simon product beautiful as the years pass, we recommend following these guidelines for its care :
Leather and wood are living and natural materials. Therefore, it is best to keep your product away from rain and humidity. Should it get wet or dirty on the surface, dry quickly with a slightly damp lint free, light-colored, absorbent cloth. Never use soap or solvent. To clean any leather or wood components, use a a slightly damp soft cloth to gently remove any surface dirt. Prolonged exposure to a strong light source (sun or artificial light) may alter the color of leather and wood over time. We also strongly recommend to avoid extreme heat and dryness. We advise you to put your product in its dustbag when you are not using it.

Our luggage and large accessories collections, including the Mackenzie Watch Briefcase, Mackenzie Briefcase, Spence, Taylor, Bonaventure, and Rupert, come with a ten-year conventional warranty. For all other products, a two-year warranty is provided from the date of delivery.
